Abstract: The structural parameters of the high pressure common rail injector have an extremely important influence on the fuel injection performance of the diesel engine. This paper takes the high-pressure common rail injector as the research object, uses the AMESIM simulation software to simulate and analyze the high-pressure common rail injector, and optimizes the design and optimization of its four key structural parameters. After comparing the results of cycle fuel injection volume and fuel injection pattern before and after optimization, it was determined that the optimization plan was close to the actual demand value of the project, and the rationality of the optimization plan was determined.

摘要: 高压共轨喷油器的结构参数对柴油机的喷油性能有着极其重要的影响。文章以高压共轨喷油器为研究对象,利用AMESIM仿真软件对高压共轨喷油器进行仿真分析,并对其四个关键结构参数进行了优化设计及优化方案的选取。经过优化前后循环喷油量和喷油规律曲线结果对比,确定优化方案与工程实际需求值接近,确定了优化方案的合理性。
