Abstract: The join-test verification of the EIC system is a key task in the development of pure electric buses. Based on the join-testing work of one pure electric bus, this paper proposes a bench join-test method of the EIC system. The performance test of the drive motor and the bench join-test of the EIC system is carried out before the prototype is manufactured.So the cycle of vehicle join-test of the EIC system is reduced about 40%, and the quality of test verification is also improved.

摘要: 整车三电系统的联调测试验证是纯电动客车开发过程中的一项关键工作。文章基于某款纯电动城市客车的联调测试工作,提出了一套三电系统台架联调测试方法,在样车下线之前开展了驱动电机性能测试,并对高压三电系统进行了系统级的台架联调测试和优化工作,使得整车联调测试验证周期降低了40%左右,提高了测试验证质量。
