    The Traffic Sign Recognition Based on Bidirectional Feature Fusion

    In order to further improve the detection accuracy of traffic sign identification, this paper proposes an improved YOLO deep learning network, which adopts bidirectional feature fusion network, introduces fewer parameters to realize more feature fusion, and calculates target boxes based on Chinese traffic sign data set. Compared with the benchmark network, the results show that the detection performance of the deep learning network is better, which verifies the effectiveness of the improved network.

    With the development of automotive electronic technology and the improvement of vehicle performance requirements, the number of vehicle electronic control units is increasing, and the interactive information between each electronic control unit, intelligent sensor and intelligent actuator is becoming more and more complex. Network communication has become the basic technology to ensure the normal operation of each node. Based on the development and verification of commercial vehicle controller area network, this paper introduces the test process and test method of commercial vehicle controller area network automatic test. Based on this process and method, by analyzing its test requirements, the test cases are compiled, and the automatic test process is formed. The controller area bus network automatic test of each electronic control unit node of a commercial vehicle is realized. The automatic test system ensures the efficiency and accuracy of the test, and improves the efficiency and reliability of the whole model project.

    Test Evaluation and Problem Analysis for Intelligent Connected Vehicles

    As an indispensable part of the safety of test evaluation on the road, test evaluation is an important guarantee for the smooth landing of the intelligent connected vehicle industry. Compared with traditional vehicles, the system of intelligent connected vehicle is more complex, and the test scenarios are more diverse, which brings more difficulty to the test evaluation. This paper aims to analyze the technical path and existing problems of test evaluation for intelligent connected vehicle. First, the current status of testing and development of test evaluation for intelligent connected vehicle is briefly introduced. Second, two main test technology paths of intelligent connected vehicle are clarified: road test and simulation test. Then, from the aspects of evaluation methods and indicators, the main existing test evaluation norms and standards are studied, and the related problems of test standards are pointed out. Finally, the basic situation of road test and simulation test is discussed, and the existing problems of the two test methods are deeply analyzed, which has certain guiding significance for the test evaluation of intelligent connected vehicle.

    The Vehicle Micro Dynamic Rolling Trajectory Planning under Multi-condition Constraints

    Aiming at the problem of generating optimal vehicle trajectory in highly complicated unknown motion environment, a microdynamic rolling trajectory planning method based on multicondition constraints was proposed on the basis of considering road shape, road adhesion coefficient, road width, obstacles, vehicle size and driving style, etc in this paper. Aiming at the shortest distance, the path planning of obstacle avoidance and collision avoidance was carried out for the curve based on polynomial. Drivers with different driving styles were defined by the preview distance and the maximum lateral acceleration as optimization constraints, and the driving trajectory decisions of different drivers were analyzed.Considering the planning habits of real drivers, the planning range is updated according to the current position of the vehicle and the pre-view range, and the trajectory is determined by rolling optimization. Finally, simulation experiments are carried out using Simulink simulation platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.

    Sales Forecast of Pure Electric Vehicles in China Based on Grey Model

    Electric drive has become one of the important trends in the future transformation and development of the automobile industry, and the sales volume of pure electric new energy vehicles in China is growing rapidly. This paper takes the sales volume of pure electric vehicles in China from 2016 to 2020 as the original data, and forecasts the sales volume of pure electric vehicles in China from 2021 to 2025 by constructing the grey prediction model GM(1,1). It is found that the sales of pure electric vehicles in China will continue to rise from 2021 to 2015, and the sales of pure electric vehicles in 2025 will reach 2.308 million. The gray prediction model can accurately predict the development trend of pure electric vehicles in China, and can provide a certain reference for the government to formulate subsidy policies, promote pure electric vehicles, and enterprises' research and development, production and sales.

    Design of a Power Battery Temperature Monitoring System Based on Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement

    In order to verify the feasibility that the principle of optical fiber temperature measurement can be used for temperature detection of new energy vehicle power battery, this article first analyzes the principle of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement, and then designs a distributed optical fiber power battery temperature measurement system with AT89S52 as the core, which is composed of main control chip, analog-to-digital conversion module, temperature display and alarm module, pulse width modulation module, power supply module, semiconductor laser and sensing fiber. After calculation, the pulse width and spatial resolution meet the measurement requirements. Finally, the expected effect has been achieved by compiling the corresponding program, building the simulation environment, and performing simulation tests on functions such as real-time temperature display, sound and light alarm, pulse width modulation, etc. The success-ful application of optical fiber temperature measurement technology in power battery temperature monitoring can achieve earlier and more accurately positioning the fault location to a certain extent, so as to reduce potential safety hazards.

    With the continuous development of vehicle intelligence and networking, instrument as the most important display and interaction platform for the commercial vehicles, the demand for the human-computer interaction experience and personalized display is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore, more modern and intelligent full liquid crystal display(LCD) instrument have been widely used as the development direction of commercial vehicle instruments in the future. Based on the NXP IMX6-ULL core board, CANalyst-II analyzer, Linux operating system, QT-Creater software, etc., after system transplantation and program design, this paper proposes a set of commercial vehicle full LCD instrument development and design solutions. This solution is easy to maintain and upgrade the system, enhance the sense of space technology and grade of the vehicle, and can better improve the user's personalization and interactive experience.

    Research on Lightweight Design of a Heavy Truck Frame

    The frame is the frame of a heavy truck, which holds the engine, cab, transmission, steering, and loads. In the process of vehicle running, it not only bears the mass load of fixed parts, but also bears the impact, torsion, bending and braking loads caused by rough road surface and various complicated working conditions. The lack of frame stiffness and strength may cause serious problems such as the distortion and cracking of crossbeam and longitudinal beam, the decrease of frame reliability, the distortion of cab and the cracking of front windshield. In this paper, the solid model of the frame is built by CATIA, and the frame model is simplified by HyperWorks, the grid is divided, the stress concentration area is laid out and the boundary condition is simulated. According to the actual operating conditions of the vehicle, the stiffness and strength are analyzed, through the application of high-strength steel, high-strength ductile iron and aluminum alloy materials, its rigidity and strength can be guaranteed, at the same time, the weight can be reduced by 30% , and the transportation efficiency can be improved, lower transport costs, the frame has been place on the market in small quantities.

    In order to establish the centralized monitoring capability of the intelligent engine bench, this article introduced the communication protocols such as the remote terminal unit and the user datagram protocol, and discussed and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various communication protocols. Based on the signal types in the engine bench, a centralized monitoring system with transmission control protocol/internet protocol as the unified interface was designed. The system transmited the network camera, bench temperature and pressure and other sensor signals and the information of the bench auxiliary equipment to the centralized monitoring system, realized the efficient and stable data transmission of the engine bench centralized monitoring system, and provided guidance for a smart laboratory and centralized monitoring system. etc.

    Construction and Test Design of a Vehicle Spoiler

    Based on the aerodynamics optimization request of a vehicle, this paper raised a new design for spoiler around the front wheel area. A related construction design scheme and material seletion was provided, which can further reduce the vehicle wind drag and improve the driving mileage. Through the analysis of the actual working conditions, a single bench test method is designed to guide the structural optimization and process improvement of parts, which provided a guidance to structure and process optimization. Through the comparison between test rig and vehicle test, this test method using single part was verified, which can shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost. The new spoiler construction and test design could provide a reference for the vehicle aerodynamics optimization.

    Analysis of the Structural Strength and Stiffness of the All-terrain Off-road Vehicle Frame

    This paper mainly studies the strength and stiffness of the frame structure of the all terrain off-road vehicle. Taking the all terrain off-road vehicle as the research object, the geometric model of the frame is established by using SolidWorks software, the matching frame materials and welding methods are selected, and the geometric model processing, mesh generation and load optimization are carried out on the frame by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. The strength analysis and stiffness analysis of the frame under four different working conditions such as bending, torsion, braking and turning are carried out under the full load state, so as to ensure the stability and safety of the frame structure, provide a basis for the subsequent design and improvement of the frame, and provide a certain reference for the subsequent research and development of all terrain off-road vehicle.

    Aiming at the large wear problem happened on the balance valve shaft of the asymmetric twin-scroll turbocharger in an engine endurance test, this paper analyzed the key factor of the wear based on fretting wear model, proposed the number of load cycles is represented by the number of displacement cycles of balance valve shaft sliding back and forth. The results show that the large and frequent reciprocating sliding displacement of the balance valve shaft is the main reason for the wear. The improved solution eliminates the large displacement fluctuation of balance valve shaft, and the durability experiment verifies that the improved solution has low wear of the balance valve shaft.

    Influence of Mixed Hydrogen on Laminar Combustion Characteristics with Dimethyl Ether

    With the increasing severity of environmental pollution and the increasing energy crisis, the search for clean and renewable alternative fuels has become a research hotspot, and dimethyl ether and hydrogen have received extensive attention as alternative fuels with excellent performance. The laminar combustion characteristics of dimethyl ether-hydrogen-air premixed gas were numerically simulated by CHEMKIN Ⅱ, and the effects of hydrogen mixing on adiabatic flame temperature and laminar combustion rate of dimethyl ether-hydrogen-air premixed gas were analyzed. The results show that the adiabatic flame temperature and laminar combustion velocity of the mixture increase with the increase of the hydrogen mixing ratio in the mixture.With the increase of the equivalence ratio, the laminar combustion velocity and adiabatic flame temperature of the mixture increase first. The equivalence ratio corresponding to the adiabatic flame temperature and the maximum laminar combustion velocity increases gradually.

    EASY-EV General Chassis Modal Test

    The chassis is an important bearing part of the automobile engine and the components and assembly, and accepts the power of the engine to make the car move and ensure the normal running. Its natural frequency and mode shape are the important guarantee of the safe operation of the whole vehicle. In order to test the first ten order modal frequencies, the first order torsion frequency and the first order bending modal frequencies of the EASY-EV universal chassis, the modal test scheme design, modal test, modal fitting and modal verification of the universal chassis modal test were carried out in this paper. The test results show that the first-order mode of EASY-EV universal chassis is the first-order bending mode of the whole vehicle, the modal frequency is 26.7 Hz, the damping is 4.32%, and the vibration mode is bending in the XZ plane, the first-order torsional modal frequency of EASY-EV universal chassis is 35.6 Hz, the damping is 2.85%, it rotates around the X-axis, and the rear deformation is large.

    Steering wheel shaking after turning on the air conditioner in passenger cars is a common low-frequency shaking problem in vehicle development. This paper focuses on the problem that when a passenger car is turned on with air conditioning, the cooling fan, compressor, and blower run simultaneously with the engine to stimulate, thus increasing steering wheel shake and bringing uncomfortable feelings to the driver, and even further triggering driver complaints and claims, focusing on analyzing the causes of the problem and developing corresponding solutions. The research results show that redefining the left and right fan speeds, optimizing the instrument crossmember and right suspension structure, and redefining the engine speed when the air conditioner is on can effectively solve such problems.

    Finite Element Analysis of Wheel Center Stiffness of a Rear Twist Beam

    In order to efficiently analyze and evaluate the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam, based on the finite element model of the rear twist beam, this paper analyzes the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam in the vehicle coordinate system and the local coordinate system respectively. With the same structure but different installation points of the rear twist beam to body connecting bushing, the simulation analysis results of the wheel center stiffness in vehicle coordinate system are tremendously different. Through the comparison of simulation data, it can be determined that the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam can be more accurately analyzed in the local coordinate system, which is great significance for the simulation analysis and evaluation for the wheel center stiffness of the rear twist beam.

    In this paper, the test method of main leaf center trajectory of a commercial vehicle is researched, and a clear bench test plan is proposed, and the bench structure, data acquisition process, and data processing method are introduced with emphasis. Through actual test and test data analysis of three tractor leaf springs, the validity of this test scheme is verified. This method can accurately obtain the trajectory center coordinates and trajectory radius of the main leaf of the leaf spring, which can provide important data basis for the designers to perform theoretical calculations and simulation analysis.

    In order to solve the resonance problem of a vehicle, through the analysis of the noise, vibration and key point vibration of the vehicle, it is analyzed that the main cause of the problem is the knock of the gearbox caused by the torsional vibration of the engine. In order to further clarify the influence of various components of the power system, the cross interchangeability test is designed, the main influencing component is found to be the clutch, and the characteristics of the clutch are tested and analyzed.It is clearly caused by the difference of clutch damping parameters, so as to optimize the clutch stiffness and damping and solve the problem of vehicle resonance.

    Mountain Path Test of Vehicle Braking Performance Based on Chinese Customer Conditions

    European and American automobile companies conduct vehicle braking performance tests in the Great Glockner Mountain in Austria under simulated user driving conditions. Japanese auto companies also have corresponding test roads to develop and verify braking performance by simulating driving conditions of users on actual roads. In China, there is no unified test method for braking performance test on mountain road. In this paper, based on the domestic actual road, combining with the Austrian Great Glockner test method and user condition, and referring to the summary of braking deceleration, braking load coefficient, braking frequency in the research on braking of passenger vehicles in China by China Automotive Technology and Research Center. It is of great practical significance to collect and verify the vehicle test data, so as to explore a kind of test method of braking performance in mountain road which is suitable for Chinese users.

    The Factors of a Wheel Dynamic Balance Test Result

    People’s requirement of driving feeling is increasing as the vehicle performance improved nowadays. The accuracy of wheel dynamic balance correction is much more strict. This paper is discussing how to get more accurate wheel dynamic balance test and correction result during the production process. This research get some factors which may influence the dynamic balance result by disusing the testing method and calculation formula. By exploring how these factors are influenced and how they can be controlled, a method for achieving more accurate dynamic balance measurements and optimal dynamic balance corrections in production practice can be developed. The methods include conformation of wheel quality, match between rim and tire, maintenance of equipment, and dynamic block assembly. At last we provide some recommendations for wheel production process optimization.

    Application of Orthogonal Test Method to Prediction Model of Refueling Premature Shut-off

    Due to the introduction of the on-board refueling vapor recovery system in the national VI emission standard fuel system of the automobile, the back pressure increases during refueling, and the risk of jumping the gun in advance increases. The four parameter levels of turning radius, horizontal section length and vertical height of refueling tube are taken as the research object in this paper, based on orthogonal test method, 16 kinds of refueling tube schemes are designed and performance tests are carried out to obtain the highest refueling rate under different combination schemes. The prediction model of gun jump ahead of refueling was established by nonlinear multiple regression method and verified by experiment. The sensitivity analysis had been conducted and the key influencing factors affecting the refuelling performance had been obtained. The analysis results showed that the vertical section height of filler pipe had the greatest impact on the risk of premature fuel nozzle shut-off. The preferred turning radius, horizontal section length and vertical section height of the filler pipe are 100 mm, 362 mm and 644 mm respectively.

    Crack Corrosion Behaviors of Automotive General Metal Materials in Neutral Salt Spray Environment

    The corrosion behaviors of cold rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet and their electrophoretic crevices in the neutral salt fog environment were studied, their macroscopic corrosion morphology was analyzed, and the corrosion morphology and composition were characterized by scanning electron microscope, energy disperse spectroscopy and other microscopic analysis methods. The results show that in the same corrosion environment, the crevices of the above universal metal materials are more prone to corrosion, especially the crevices of the cold rolled plate are the most serious, which produce a large amount of Fe3O4 and Fe2O3, showing poor corrosion resistance. The oxygen content of the crevice corrosive surface of galvanized sheet is higher, and more Fe2O3 is produced, while the oxygen content of the crevice corrosive surface of aluminum plate is the lowest, and a small amount of Al2O3 is produced, showing good corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of the crevice of the electrophoretic material was improved obviously. Finally, according to the technical requirements of automobile structure and the corrosion status of the above-mentioned metal crevices, the recommended conclusions for selecting crevice materials in automobile body, engine compartment, chassis and other areas are given.

    The paper introduces the working principle of the eight function test of the equal speed drive shaft, and improves the fixture for a certain internal spline equal speed drive shaft when doing the eight function test, such as easy damage to the outer circle of the mobile knuckle fork and poor clamping, focusing on the design principle, clamping specific, connecting flange, quick disassembly and other aspects of the design of the new fixture to better solve the problems that occur in the clamping of the internal spline equal speed drive shaft, and finally achieves the purpose to improve the testing accuracy and efficiency as well as to obtain higher economic benefits.

In the process of spraying, due to the influence of technology and paint, "Prickly Heat" will appear on the spraying surface, which will affect the spraying quality of products and cause customers' complaints.In this paper, the problem of "prickly heat" in the spraying process was studied from the aspects of paint leveling and spraying atomization effect. Based on the mechanism of "prickly heat" problem, this paper makes a systematic analysis of "prickly heat" problem. It can be used for reference to the development and design of product spraying program and the requirements of subsequent spraying specifications.

Moreover, the influencing factors of each thermal spray technology were discussed, also took stock of the shortcomings of the existing work, providing reference for the process optimization and daily process management of thermal spray technology in the automobile industry.

    In this paper, the possibility of using aluminum wire to replace copper wire is discussed. A new type of positive wire for automobile battery is produced by pressing aluminum conductor with aluminum cylinder and connecting copper terminal with friction welding. After passing metallographic analysis, bench test and vehicle reliability test, no obvious problems were found. The cost and weight of the new wire harness are about 30% lower than that of copper wire with the same parameter requirements, showing a good application prospect.

    In recent years, due to the problem of vehicle production consistency, there are defects in its product quality and affect its sales from time to time. The problem that enterprises fail to implement the China Compulsory Certification(3C) certification consistency standard in vehicle production has also become the focus of social attention. Therefore, commercial vehicle enterprises need to build a production consistency control plan to realize the consistency management of products, so as to meet the quality certification of products. Based on the analysis of 3C certification mode of commercial vehicles, this paper compiles the production consistency control plan for commercial vehicle models, takes a commercial vehicle as an example, controls the consistency of its key parts and production process, and formulates the control requirements of vehicle production consistency test for cop test. Finally, the consistency control plan of 3C certification is comprehensively applied in the product design, production and after-sales of commercial vehicles. Through this application, the products after mass production meet the requirements of product consistency and meet the national mandatory product certification standards. This has played a good role in improving product quality and protecting consumers' rights and interests.

    In order to meet the higher requirements of the public for travel experience, consumption environment, consumption methods, etc., this paper starts with the actual case of Zhengzhou west service area of Zhengzhou southwest ring expressway, and explores the construction ideas of theme-based service areas, as well as provides reference for other service areas in Henan Province. Different from conventional service areas, theme-based service areas should follow the construction idea of "Resources-Demand-Positioning-Planning-Design".
