Abstract: In recent years, due to the problem of vehicle production consistency, there are defects in its product quality and affect its sales from time to time. The problem that enterprises fail to implement the China Compulsory Certification(3C) certification consistency standard in vehicle production has also become the focus of social attention. Therefore, commercial vehicle enterprises need to build a production consistency control plan to realize the consistency management of products, so as to meet the quality certification of products. Based on the analysis of 3C certification mode of commercial vehicles, this paper compiles the production consistency control plan for commercial vehicle models, takes a commercial vehicle as an example, controls the consistency of its key parts and production process, and formulates the control requirements of vehicle production consistency test for cop test. Finally, the consistency control plan of 3C certification is comprehensively applied in the product design, production and after-sales of commercial vehicles. Through this application, the products after mass production meet the requirements of product consistency and meet the national mandatory product certification standards. This has played a good role in improving product quality and protecting consumers' rights and interests.

摘要： 近年来，由于车辆生产一致性问题，导致产品存在瑕疵影响销售。在车辆生产中，企 业未按照中国强制性产品认证一致性标准执行，这成为社会关注的重点。因此，商用车企业 需要构建生产一致性控制计划来实现对产品的一致性管理，以满足产品的质量认证。文章在 分析商用车中国强制性产品认证模式的基础上，编制了生产一致性控制计划，并以某商用车 为例，对其关键零部件及生产工艺等进行了一致性的控制，并针对生产一致性试验制定整车 生产一致性试验控制要求。最后在产品设计、生产以及售后等环节对中国强制性产品认证的 一致性控制计划进行全面的应用，确保了批量生产后的产品满足产品一致性的要求，并达到 国家强制性产品认证标准。这对于提升产品质量以及保障消费者权益都起到了良好的促进作 用。
