Abstract: With the increase of competition in the automobile industry, interior and exterior part is one of the important components of vehicle parts. The management model of interior and exterior project team is particularly prominent for the efficiency of vehicle development and the product competitiveness. In this paper, put forward the flexible matrix derivative model structure of project management, to gradually improve project development project team management, so as to achieve lower development costs, improve product strength of purpose.

摘要： 随着汽车行业竞争的加大，内外饰零部件是整车零部件的重要组成要素之一。内外饰项目团队管理模型化 对整车研发效率及产品竞争力提升有着重要意义。文章结合车型项目实践，通过衍生车型的内外饰项目团队管理过 程分析，提出了衍生车型“灵活”矩阵式项目管理结构理念，旨在逐步提高内外饰项目开发团队管理的灵活性效益， 从而达到降低开发成本，提升产品竞争力的目的。
