典型大电量纯电牵引车布置方案研究

Abstract: The electrification of trunk transport vehicles has an urgent demand for large-power and long battery life. The development trend of battery technology drives the landing of large-power demand for trunk transportation tractors. In this paper, the typical layout scheme of the large-power pure electric tractor is studied, and the layout scheme of other key systems of the vehicle is analyzed, and the chassis layout corresponding to the two typical battery layout schemes is obtained. Finally, by comparing the stress distribution of the frame of the battery back and the bottom of the battery, a more reasonable chassis layout scheme of the battery layout is obtained. The research in this paper provides a reference for the chassis layout and frame design of high-power pure electric tractors.

摘要: 针对干线运输车辆电动化对大电量长续航的迫切需求,推动电池技术发展趋势下干线 运输牵引车大电量需求的落地。文章对大电量纯电牵引车的典型布置方案进行研究,并对整 车其他关键系统的布置方案进行分析,得到两种典型电池布置方案对应的底盘布置图。最后 通过对比电池后背和电池底置两种整车布置的车架应力分布,得出电池布置更加合理的底盘 布置方案。文章的研究为大电量纯电牵引车的底盘布置和车架设计提供了参考。
