商用车 VIN 机器人激光打刻工艺干涉 解决方案研究

Abstract: In the field of vehicle manufacturing, it is common to use laser marking during the assembly and welding process of passenger cars. However, in the manufacturing process of commercial vehicles, especially in the heavy truck industry, the common marking equipment for vehicle identification number (VIN) engraving process still uses needle engraving machines. This article introduces the basic requirements for commercial vehicle VIN engraving, compares the characteristics of needle engraving and laser engraving, and solves the problem of interference in robot laser engraving. To achieve fully automated production of commercial vehicle VIN engraving, we hope to provide a hybrid production VIN laser engraving process idea.

摘要: 在整车制造领域,乘用车在装焊车身过程中使用激光打标较为常见。但在商用车制造 过程中,尤其是重卡行业车辆识别代码(VIN)打刻工序常见的打标设备仍使用针式打刻机。 文章介绍了商用车 VIN 打刻的基本要求,针式打刻与激光打刻的特点对比,以及解决机器人 激光打刻干涉问题。实现商用车 VIN 打刻的全自动化生产,提供了一种混线生产的 VIN 激光 打刻工艺思路。
