Abstract: The degree of automation in chassis assembly is a key factor affecting the production takt of automobiles. In order to further improve the production takt, this paper discusses the innovative planning of the automobile chassis assembly automated guided vehicle (AGV) production line based on practical projects, studies the process of robot automatic transfer of front and rear suspension assemblies, designs the AGV body and double floating platform, and finally solves the technical problems of automatic docking between AGV and robot. This study has substantially improved the automation degree and production efficiency of the vehicle chassis assembly line, and provided practical experience for the automation transformation and upgrading of the automobile manufacturing industry.

摘要: 底盘合装的自动化程度是影响汽车生产节拍的关键因素。为进一步提升生产节拍,文 章依托实际项目探讨了汽车底盘合装自动导引车(AGV)生产线的革新规划,对机器人自动 移栽前、后悬总成工艺流程进行了研究,并设计了 AGV 车体与双浮动平台,最终解决了 AGV 与机器人自动对接的技术难题。该研究使汽车底盘合装线的自动化程度与生产效率得到了实 质性的提升,为汽车制造行业的自动化改造升级提供了实践经验。
