The Practice of Integrating Post, Competition, and Certification in the Curriculum-based Ideological and Political of the "Four Pillars Cultivating Craftsmen" -Take the Maintenance of the Motor and Control System of New Energy Vehicles as an Example

“四立育匠”课程思政的岗赛证融通实践 ——以新能源汽车电机及控制系统检修为例

Abstract: The integration of curriculum-based ideological and political with the practice integrating "post, competition, and certification (PCC)" framework is a critical approach for cultivating technical and skilled talents in the new era. This study takes the course new energy vehicle motor and control system maintenance as an example to demonstrate a practical model of this integration. By analyzing the current integration status of ideological political education and the PCC framework,a four pillars cultivating craftsmen model of ethics cultivation, practice strengthening, competitiondriven aspiration, and certification-built confidence is established. The course content is restructured, adopting a "explicit learning, practical doing, implicit teaching" pedagogy to optimize online and offline teaching processes, alongside a "5+5+N" three-tier evaluation system. This has achieved dual objectives of ideological immersion and enhanced vocational skills. Survey results indicate that 93.6% of students reported improved understanding of job responsibilities, and 99.3% passed the "1+X" vocational skill certification exams. The findings validate that this model effectively elevates students' technical proficiency and professional competencies.

摘要: 课程思政融合“岗赛证(PCC)”的建设是新时代技术技能人才培养的重要方式,文章 以新能源汽车电机及控制系统检修课程为例进行了融通实践。通过分析课程思政与岗赛证融 入现状,构建了思政立德、实训立行、赛点立志、证技立信的四立育匠课程育人模式、重构 课程内容,以“明学-实做-暗教”的教学模式完善线上线下教学过程与“5+5+N”三级评 价体系,达到思政浸润、提高学生职业技能的双重目的,问卷调查中 93.6%的学生自认为对 相应岗位职责和工作内容有更多认识,“1+X”技能等级考核拿证率达 99.3%,实践结果表明 该模式有助于提升学生的技术技能水平和职业素养。
