Research and Application of Operation Force of Automobile Central Armrest

汽车中央扶手操作力的研究与应用

Abstract: This paper focuses on the central armrest with friction hinge, the working principle of the armrest system is described and the mechanical analysis is carried out to obtain the calculation model of armrest operation force. Based on the performance index of armrest (opening force), parametric driving forward design is carried out to obtain the hinge friction torque and armrest closing force so as to guide the hinge design of suppliers. At the same time, the influence of friction torque, armrest mass and operation force arm on the maximum opening force and closing force of armrest is found. Both the maximum opening force and the maximum closing force increase linearly with the increase of friction torque, and there is a constant difference between them at any friction torque; Both of them increase linearly with the increase of armrest mass, but the influence of armrest mass on the maximum opening force is greater than that on the maximum closing force; Both of them decrease with the increase of the operating force arm, but they are nonlinear, and the larger the operating force arm, the smaller the influence of its change on the maximum opening and closing forces. It provides reference and solution for the design of central armrest project with friction hinge.

摘要: 文章针对采用摩擦式铰链的中央扶手,阐述其工作原理并对扶手系统进行力学分析, 获得扶手操作力的计算模型。利用操作力计算模型,扶手的性能指标(开启力)进行参数化 驱动正向设计,获得铰链摩擦力矩及扶手关闭力,从而指导供应商铰链设计。同时找到了摩 擦力矩、扶手质量、操作力的力臂的变化对扶手最大开启力、关闭力的影响关系。最大开启 力和最大关闭力都随着摩擦力矩的增大而线性增大,且两者在任意摩擦力矩值时有恒定差值; 两者都随着扶手质量的增大而线性增大,但扶手质量对最大开启力的影响比对最大关闭力的 影响大;两者都随着操作力臂的增大而减小,但是非线性的,且操作力力臂越大,其变化对 最大开启、关闭力的影响越小。为以后的采用摩擦式铰链的中央扶手项目设计提供参考以及 解决方案。
