Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and science and technology, the demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents is also increasing. Strengthening the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an important strategic plan of the country, and deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurial education is an important means to cultivate innovative talents. There are many deficiencies in the talent training process of automobile majors in local colleges and universities. It is difficult to meet the social demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, which seriously affects the quality of talent training. Practice has proved that, combined with specialty and discipline characteristics, through optimizing training programs, strengthening curriculum ideology and politics, innovating classroom forms, creating an innovative atmosphere, formulating targeted assessment mechanism, actively carrying out scientific innovation classroom, strengthening the construction of teachers, improving the comprehensive quality of teachers, building teaching resources, strengthening practical teaching, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and other measures to improve the teaching of automobile major. The deep integration of specialized innovation can effectively improve the training quality of automotive professional innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

摘要： 随着经济和科技的快速发展，社会对创新创业人才的需求也随之增加。加强创新创业 人才培养是国家对人才培养的重要战略部署，深化创新创业教育改革是培养创新型人才的重 要手段。地方高校汽车类专业在人才培养过程中存在着很多不足，难以满足社会对创新创业 人才的需求，严重影响着人才培养质量。实践证明，结合专业和学科特点，通过优化培养方 案、强化课程思政，创新课堂形式、营造创新氛围，制定靶向考核机制、积极开展科创课堂， 加强师资队伍建设、提高教师综合素质，建设教学资源库，强化实践教学、加强校企合作等 措施改进汽车专业教学，使专创深度融合，能切实提高汽车专业创新创业人才培养质量。
