Abstract: The paper using vehicle-dummy finite element model by LS-DYNA, to study the effects of vehicle restraint system on the chest injury value for THOR 50% dummy in the mobile progressive deformable barrier (MPDB) frontal crashes from 2021 China new vehicle programme. Combined with the optimization of development of restraint system for certain vehicle type under research in the company, in addition to optimizing the seat belt parameters, reducing the area of the overlap area and the thickness of the contact area between the air bag and the dummy's chest after deployment can effectively reduce the compression volume damage of the dummy's chest. The results show that the optimization of driver airbag parameters can effectively reduce the chest compression volume and the effect is significant, provide a new idea for the design of passive safety system of follow-up vehicle.

摘要: 文章运用 LS-DYNA 有限元仿真分析方法,对 2021 版中国新车评价规程中移动渐进变 形壁障(MPDB)碰撞工况的驾驶员侧 THOR 50%假人胸部损伤进行研究。结合本公司某款 在研车型约束系统开发工作,通过仿真优化得知除调整安全带参数外,减小气囊展开后与假 人胸部重叠区域面积和减小气囊展开后与假人胸部接触区域厚度均可有效降低假人胸部压缩 量损伤。结论表明,优化驾驶员安全气囊参数可有效降低胸部压缩量且效果显著,为后续车 型被动安全系统设计提供新思路。
