Abstract: At present, the renewal cycle of China's commercial vehicle heavy truck products is obviously shortened, and the automobile enterprises continue to launch new products, and the market competition is increasingly fierce. The entity quality control of new product development stage will determine the market competitiveness of products. In order to provide a new product quality to ensure the commercial heavy truck meets the desired and controlled reqminemerd practice, this paper takes path new products in a commercial heavy vehicle as an example, the main stages in the process of new product development as the main line, from two aspects of spare parts and vehicle introduces the quality control concrete content and method, in vehicle. The test result that quality control the quality validation test, the new product of a commercial vehicle heavy truck has a good market quality performance after being launched. This paper is worthy of reference and promotion for domestic commercial vehicle enterprises, and will consolidate the strength for the high-speed and high-quality development of independent brand commercial vehicles.

摘要: 目前我国商用车重卡产品更新换代周期明显缩短,各车企不断推出新型产品,市场竞 争日趋激烈,新产品开发阶段的实物质量管控将决定产品的市场竞争力。为了提供一种确保 商用车重卡新产品质量达到预期且受控的实践路径,文章以某商用车重卡新产品为例,以新 产品开发过程中的主要阶段为主线,从零部件及整车两方面介绍了实物质量管控的具体内容 及方法,整车质量管控中的质量验证试验的结果显示,商用车重卡新产品上市后的市场质量 表现良好。此研究值得国内商用车企业借鉴和推广,为自主品牌商用车高速高质发展夯实力 量。
