Abstract: With the rapid development and upgrading of the automobile industry, the quality requirements of vehicle engineering professionals also change, which puts forward new challenges to the training of vehicle engineering professionals in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities need to be guided by talent demand and follow the development of the times. Based on the OBE concept, this paper analyzes the production education integration teaching mode of vehicle engineering specialty from the aspects of personnel training mechanism, teaching staff and curriculum system construction, in order to improve the ability of professional talents to solve practical engineering problems, so as to facilitate the local ordinary universities to serve the local economy well.

摘要： 随着汽车行业的快速发展及升级，对车辆工程专业人才的素质要求也随之改变，这对 高校车辆工程专业人才培养方面提出了新的挑战，高校需结合人才需求为导向，紧随时代发 展。论文基于成果导向教育理念，分别从人才培养机制、师资队伍及课程体系建设等方面对 车辆工程专业产教融合教学模式展开分析，目的是提高专业人才解决实际工程问题的能力， 以便于地方普通本科院校更好地服务地方经济。
