Abstract: With the global energy crisis and the pressure of carbon emissions, the research and development of energy-efficient vehicle in the automobile industry is imminent. The Range-extended electric vehicle is a series hybrid. In the extended range vehicle, the engine does not directly drive the vehicle, but only drives the generator to generate electricity. The engine speed and vehicle speed are completely decoupled. Therefore, the working point of the engine can be controlled in the area with higher combustion efficiency to achieve the energy saving and emission reduction of the vehicle. This paper analyzes the working characteristics of extended range engine, and summarizes the technical trend of extended range electric vehicle special engine through the techni- cal analysis of Nissan E-Power engine, which is a typical extended range model, so as to provide reference for the researchers of extended range engine products.

摘要: 随着全球能源危机及碳排放的压力,汽车行业对于节能汽车的研发迫在眉睫。增程式 电动汽车属于串联混动,在增程车上,发动机不直接驱动车辆,仅驱动发电机发电,发动机 的转速与车速完全解耦,因此,可最大限度将发动机的工作点控制在燃烧效率较高的区域, 从而实现车辆的节能减排。文章分析了增程发动机的工作特性,通过对典型的增程车型日产 E-Power 的发动机进行技术解析,总结出增程式电动汽车专用发动机的技术路线趋势,为增 程发动机产品研发人员提供参考。
