Abstract: Since the launch of sport utility vehicle, it has been deeply loved by automobile consumers because of its power, trafficability and comfort of off-road vehicles. Subsequently, the prominent safety problems have attracted more and more attention from major automobile manufacturers and consumers. Relevant data show that compared with other types of vehicles, SUV is more likely to have rollover accidents. Moreover, compared with other types of traffic accidents, rollover accidents have a higher casualty rate, and have become a major cause that can not be ignored to threaten the safety of people's lives and property. Based on the above, this paper discusses the factors causing SUV rollover, analyzes the mechanism of SUV rollover, and expounds several mature active safety technologies in the field of active anti rollover control.

摘要: 运动型多功能汽车(Sport Utility Vehicle, SUV)面世以来,因兼具越野车的动力性、 通过性以及轿车的舒适性,深受汽车消费者们的喜爱。随后凸显的安全问题,也越发得到各 大汽车厂商和广大消费者的关注。有关数据表明,相较于其他类型的车辆,SUV 发生侧翻事 故的可能性要更大。再者,与其他交通事故类型相比,侧翻事故造成的伤亡率要更高,且已 然成为威胁人们生命财产安全所不容忽视的重大致因。基于以上所述,文章对引起 SUV 侧翻 的因素进行了探讨,对 SUV 发生侧翻的机理进行了分析,并阐述了几种在主动防侧翻控制领 域应用较为成熟的主动安全技术。
