Abstract: How to promote the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation is one of the key issues to be solved in the teaching reform and development of higher vocational education. Under the background of China' s huge car ownership and the strong demand for automobile service industry talents, through the transformation of the classroom into the "workshop classroom", and the real maintenance task of the enterprise is moved into the classroom. At the same time, " real doing"make the teacher to teach the true level in "teach in doing", make the students to learn the true skills in " learning in doing", and gradually realize the transformation from teaching-centered to learningcentered, and from knowledge to behavior, so as to promote the further integration of industry and education and improve the quality of personnel training.

摘要: 如何促进校企合作深度融合,是高等职业教育教学改革与发展中要解决的关键问题之 一。在中国庞大的汽车保有量对汽车服务业人才形成旺盛需求背景下,论文通过把课堂改造 为“车间课堂”,把企业的真实维修任务搬进课堂,同时“真做、做真”,使教师“在做中教”, 教出真水平,学生在“在做中学”学得真本领,逐步实现了以教为中心向以学为中心,重知 轻行向知行合一的转变,从而促进产教进一步深度融合,提高人才培养质量。
