Abstract: In the digital construction process of automobile manufacturing, different from the assembly line production method of automobile mass production, the trial production of new model prototypes is basically personalized production, and the status of prototype parts in the research and development process is immature. Production efficiency is much lower than mass production. The improvement of prototype production capacity has always been a bottleneck, and the improvement of production capacity of prototype vehicles through management or information technology is very limited. However, through the construction of a digital platform for trial production projects, digital measures such as business digitization, interconnection, mobile online, timely material supply, rapid quality processing, and real-time decision-making have been adopted, and significant results have been achieved by digitalization to break through the capacity bottleneck of personalized production, the prototype production capacity has been improved.

摘要: 在汽车制造数字化建设过程中,不同于汽车量产的流水线生产方式,全新车型样车试 制基本上是个性化生产,且处于研发过程中的样车零部件状态是不成熟的,生产效率比量产 要低得多。样车试制产能的提升一直是瓶颈,不管通过管理手段或信息化样车生产能力提升 都很有限。但通过试制工程数字化平台建设,采用了业务数据化、互联互通、移动在线、物 料供应及时、质量快速处理、决策实时等数字化措施,以数字化突破个性化生产的产能瓶颈 取得了显著成效,产能得到了提升。
