Abstract: With the acceleration of new car iterations and the increasingly complex product configurations, traditional auto manufacturing companies relying on physical trial production to improve product quality can no longer meet market demand. This paper proposes to apply virtual review technology to the development of engineering prototypes, and to use the advantages of virtual review technology to comprehensively verify the performance of the whole vehicle and subsystems, so as to minimize the risk of problems before the physical vehicle is built. The article discusses from the introduction of virtual review technology for engineering prototypes, the environment support for virtual review of engineering prototypes, and the virtual review mechanism for engineering prototypes. Finally, the significance of this research method for enterprises to enhance product competitiveness is discussed.

摘要: 随着新车迭代加快、产品配置越来越复杂,传统汽车制造企业依靠实体试制提升产品 质量的方式已经不能满足市场需求。文章提出将虚拟评审技术应用于工程样车开发,并利用 虚拟评审技术优势对整车及子系统各项性能进行全方位验证,在实体造车前将问题风险降至 最低。文章分别从工程样车虚拟评审技术介绍、工程样车虚拟评审环境支持及工程样车虚拟 评审机制各方面展开讨论。最后论述了该研究方法对于企业提升产品竞争力的重要意义。
