    New Energy Vehicle
    A Low Temperature Heating System Based on BEV Battery

    Aiming at the problems in which the normal work of new energy vehicles at low temperature is affected, the dynamic characteristics of the battery of new energy vehicles is decreased, and the charging and discharging efficiency decreased, for the battery thermal management as a starting point, this paper designs a set of new auxiliary heating system, and through the real car bench and road tests verify the effectiveness of the proposed set of design. The test results showed that the average mileage of the vehicle has been effectively improved to 54.6% after the power battery is heated by the heating system, improved the new energy vehicles the problems of low efficiency in low temperature environment. It will provide an effective engineering reference for the efficient utilization of dynamic characteristics of new energy vehicle batteries and the development of technologies.

The concept of reliability and safety of electric vehicle components is considered to be an important issue. Generally speaking, the reliability evaluation of important electrical components of electric vehicle, the battery pack, power electronic converters and electric motor, plays an important role in the life performance of electric vehicle electrical system. This article reviews the basic problems and research methods of electric vehicle reliability research in recent years, summarizes the reliability research of electric vehicle components from different angles, and discusses the challenges and development prospects of electric vehicle reliability.

    In order to facilitate drivers to understand their own driving behavior in a certain range, the article designed a set of algorithm process to realize the driving behavior scoring function of Eclipse, MySQL, the driving behavior scoring function of Hbase and Maven, and completed the development of the driving behavior scoring function. Through the scoring function, the abnormal driving behavior that affects the vehicle life can be reduced, and the durability of the vehicle operation and prolong the vehicle life can be improved.

    Bench Test Failure Analysis and Optimization of Aluminum Knuckle of an Electric Vehicle

    Aiming at the failure of aluminum steering knuckle of an electric vehicle in bench test, failure analysis and research were carried out. Through the inspection of the failed parts and the analysis of the standard parts, the failure causes are determined. The reliability of the optimization scheme is verified by Computer Aided Engineering analysis, bench test and road test. The results show that after optimization, the maximum stress of the part is reduced by more than 30%, the fatigue life has been greatly improved. Due to the weak mechanical properties of aluminum alloy products relative to iron castings, stress concentration has a greater impact on the fatigue life of parts. When designing aluminum casting parts, the smooth transition of part surface structure shall be ensured.

    Comparative Analysis of the Chassis Performance of a Vehicle's Rear Suspension Structure

    In order to reduce the complaints from customers, including small volume of luggage compartment, large pitch angle in straight braking, large roll angle in a bend, strong longitudinal impact and impact after-shake of rear axle, the chassis architecture was newly developed and the rear axle was upgraded from the strut type three link suspension to the integral multi-link suspension. A comprehensive comparison of these two suspensions was performed on the structural level, kinematics and compliance performance level and vehicle performance level. Study shows that the objective of reducing the above customer complaints is achieved on the vehicle level by optimizing the roll center height, anti-dive angle, wheel recession and longitudinal compliance in the new integral multi-link suspension.

    Based on the fact that during the after-sale process of a certain vehicle, the vehicle could not start normally due to the freeze-up of the exhaust muffler in winter. In order to avoid such problems affecting user experience in subsequent vehicles, the faulty parts are disassembled, the cause of the problem was muffler freeze by check the fault parts, and the problem was repeated through the winter test to simulate the actual working conditions of the user. Through GT-POWER, the structure optimization was carried out for the muffler and the performance of the scheme was verified, meet the requirements of the vehicle and user service. It provides useful reference for solving the problem of muffler freeze-up, and also provides reference for muffler structure and noise design.

    The fatigue driving is easy to lead traffic accidents, and results in injury to drivers and passengers. In order to solve frequent fatigue driving problems, the driver could reduce fatigue by smelling car refreshing fragrance. Fatigue condition of human body will scientificaly assess by EEG constantly monitored and multidimensional fatigue inventory, the refreshing effect of refreshing fragrance is verified from the subjective and objective aspects. The results show that the refreshing fragrance has good effect on reducing fatigue for a period of time, and increases driving safety.

    Since automotive mini-spare tyre occupies little space and low-cost, it is well adopted by all kinds of passenger cars. However, mini-spare tyre differs from standard tyre in parameters like rolling radius and rim offset, which influence driving experience and safety when drivers are accelerating, braking and cornering. By calculating the wheel speed of the mini-spare tyre, setting wheel speed threshold for mini-spare recognition and building up mini-spare detection state machine, on-board control units such as vehicle control unit or electronic stability controller, is able to detect whether mini-spare tyre is mounted on the car after certain driving cycles. The designated controller sends the mini-spare recognition signal through CAN-bus so that relevant control units enter mini-spare mode, which is a drive mode designed for mini-spare use, including cautious driving indication, mini-spare performance optimized tuning parameters invocation to relevant control units,in order to minimize the driving risk with mini-spare tyre and improve drivers experience.

    The design process and checking method of forging front axle are introduced. The UG NX software to establish the front bridge three-dimensional mathematical model, UG finite element analysis module for stress simulation analysis, get the parts of the stress, strain cloud map, on this basis for lightweight design, weight loss of 11 kg, and the finite element structure strength check, trial-produced samples for bench test and vehicle road test. The results show that, the lightweight design scheme of the front axle meets the requirements of strength, stiffness safety and fatigue life, and realizes the lightweight optimization design of the 5T front axle structure of commercial vehicles. Through this method, forward design and analogy analysis can be carried out quickly, which provides ideas and methods for lightweight design of forging front axle products.

    A Vehicle-mounted Foldable Camping House

    This paper presents a design scheme of vehicle mounted foldable camping house, which connects multiple folding units such as wall, floor, bed board and roof with each other by means of rotating pair and cylindrical sleeve ball joint, and drives the expansion and folding of each folding unit to exchange deformation through the driving device. When exchanging deformation, each folding unit changes along a single fixed path without interference point and dead point in the change process.It can be repeatedly and stably used in two states: unfolding and folding. When unfolding, it can form a large volume space surrounded by six sides . When folding, each folding unit can be closely attached into a bundle, and the small volume is convenient for vehicle movement, and its folding ratio can exceed 8.6 times. The supporting vehicle rack of the foldable room proposed in this paper can be used by various vehicle models, and the supporting small trailer and combined rack can easily form a field living camp.The folding trunk is combined into a trunk shell, which can easily transform an ordinary vehicle into a habitable self-propelled RV.

    CAE Analysis and Verification of Effect of Weld Sequence on Vehicle Geometrical Variation

    To study the effect of spot weld sequence on structural geometrical variation of body in white, fixtures of U-section joint and double-direction weld lap joint with adjustable assembly gap was designed. With the weld spot modeled by node-coupling method, the welding finite element model was established with Abaqus software. The weld process was established with clamping and welding step and spring-back step, and the structural geometrical variation under different welding sequences was analyzed. Compared with experimental results, the simulation model was proved to be robust, and be applied to the optimization of welding sequence of chain mounting surface and floor positioning hole structure of body in white. The results show that mechanical force and elastic strain are the main causes of weld-induced geometry variation. The built of finite element model supplied reliable way and basis for the optimization of body structure weld sequence.

    In order to solve the problem of gun after refueling oil and gas recovery system, this paper systematically expounds the differences of refueling ventilation between fuel systems on national six onboard refueling vapor recovery and national five. By comparing the working principles of different types of filling level venting valve and roll over valve, this paper studies the mechanism of problem during refueling after shutting off in national six fuel system, and analyzes the solution to the problem, which has guiding significance for the selection of roll over valve and the design of refueling system.

    In order to solve the problem of the boom of a vehicle in coasting conditions, this article uses the subjective evaluation method, through the vehicle noise test, noise transfer function test and component modal test, systematically analyzes the causes of the boom in coasting condition, and makes it clear that the boom in coasting condition is caused by the resonance of components on the transmission path. Finally, by optimizing the transmission path, the installation structure of the vehicle body is strengthened, the local mode is improved, and the connection form between the leaf spring and the rear drive axle is optimized to reduce the vibration transmission, so as to solve the sliding problem of roar condition.

    Simulation Optimization and Experiment on Intake Manifold of Gasoline Engine Based on AVL-FIRE

    The flow and uniformity of intake manifold have important influence on engine power performance and economy. The intake manifold of a 1.5 T gasoline engine is researched by using AVL-FIRE analysis software. Then the structure of the intake manifold is optimized according to the analysis results. The improved intake manifold model is simulated and analyzed until the intake flow rate and intake uniformity of each branch of the intake manifold are improved and the evaluation index is satisfied. Finally, a sample is made according to the optimized intake manifold. The correctness of the simulation analysis is verified by experiments on a steady flow test bench. Through the combination of simulation analysis and test verification, the paper summarizes the optimization direction of the intake manifold, which effectively shorts the development cycle of the intake manifold.

    Application of Co-simulation to Mode Analysis of LGF/PP Tailgate of a Vehicle

    In order to improve the simulation accuracy of mode analysis of composite tailgate with LGF/PP, a co-simulation method of Moldflow, Helius and Abaqus was adopted. Firstly, a material model of LGF/PP was built based on tensile test with different fiber orientation. Secondly, based on actual molding process, Moldflow is used to calculate the glass fiber distribution, which is mapped to the modal finite element model by Helius, then the final co-simulation model is obtained by combining with both the material constitutive model and mapped fiber orientation. Finally, the comparison was performed between simulation and physical test, and the error is within 6%. The results show that the mode value calculated by co-simulation model is closer to the mode of physical test, and this method can obviously improve the simulation accuracy, this provides important reference value and practical significance for the accurate prediction of modal performance of this kind of products and also can be applied to improve the simulation accuracy of mechanical behavior such as structural stiffness, strength, and thermo-mechanical coupling.

    The Design and Simulation of Wings External Flow Field of Racing Car Based on Fluent

    Aerodynamics simulation is very important in the design of wings external flow field of car racing. ProE software is used to establish the 3D model, and Fluent software is used to make the aerodynamics simulation analysis of the racing car. Aerodynamics package is designed and installed onto the car model. Then, the undated car model is used in the simulation of aerodynamics. The results show that, after the installation of pivotal forelimb and proximal limb, the value of lift becomes negative, the high speed and fast cornering performance has been promoted, driving experience has been improved. The installed pivotal forelimb is beneficial to the improvement of the air flow condition of the side tank and the heat dissipation performance of the water tank, the proximal limb can effectively reduce the turbulent kinetic energy and the eddy current resistance.

    Analysis and Improvement of Parking Control Handle Noise

    With higher requirements for vehicle NVH, the NVH requirements for parking control handle are more and more strict. This paper expounds the noise types, generation principle, influence factors, optimization methods and cases of parking control handle. This paper mainly analyzes three kinds of common noises of parking control handle. For the tapping sound, the spring force of the button return spring is reduced from 11 N±1 N to 7 N±1 N by reducing the spring force of the button return spring. Increasing grease smear amount from 3 g to 6 g on both sides of pawl and gear plate, grease is imported grease, and knock sound is reduced from 58 dB to 55 dB. As for the unlocking noise, the unlocking noise was improved by wrapping rubber pad on the outside of the pawel limit structure. The iron touch of the pawel and the limit structure was changed to iron touch rubber. Through the verification of loading, the quality of the hard unlocking sound was significantly improved. As for drumming sound, the sound intensity and quality of drumming sound have been improved by wrapping bushing on the limit rivet, and the noise intensity has been reduced from 60 dB to 50 dB. After a series of measures, the noise of parking control handle has been greatly improved, and a good NVH effect has been obtained.

    Closed Die Forging Process of Aluminum Alloy 7050 Large Ring

    The large aluminum alloy 7050 ring is an important rotary body component in the aviation and aerospace fields. Aiming at the structural characteristics of large diameter, low height and thin ring wall in large aluminum alloy ring parts, this paper analyzes the rational hot die forming scheme for aluminum alloy 7050 large ring parts. According to the forging drawing of the large aluminum alloy ring part, the hot die forging process flow of the large aluminum alloy ring part is determined. The commercial simulation software DEFORM is used to simulate the forming process of hot die forging for large aluminum alloy ring parts. The influence of different die forging schemes of open die forging and closed die forging on forming results of large aluminum alloy ring parts was analyzed. The influence of initial billets in different sizes on forming effect of large aluminum alloy rings is researched, and the structure of the die is improved through comparative analysis, finally a more reasonable hot die forging forming scheme for large aluminum alloy ring parts is determined. It can be seen from this hot die forming scheme that the large aluminum alloy ring has a good forming effect, complete cavity filling, reasonable setting of the flash groove, and a maximum forming force of 9.6×108 N.

    The Controlling Methods for Formaldehyde Emission of Parts Injected by Polyformaldehyde Material in Automotive Cabin

    Polyformaldehyde material is polymerized from formaldehyde monomer, and always has high formaldehyde emission. Formaldehyde is easily released into the car along with the forming parts, leading to excessive formaldehyde in the car. Due to the small size, large quantity and scattered distribution of parts, it is difficult to solve such pollution problems of in-car air quality according to the traditional methods. Therefore, it is necessary to study scientific and reasonable controlling methods with low cost and operability for the formaldehyde emission. In this paper, the formaldehyde emission of injection samples of low volatile organic compounds, VOCs grade and common grade POM (polyformaldehyde) was studied. The result showed that whatever c-POM (copolymerized formaldehyde) or h-POM (homopolymerized formaldehyde), compared with common grade, low VOCs grade can greatly reduce the formaldehyde emission in the products. At the same time, the possible sources of the parts injected by formaldehyde materials were analyzed and discussed from different perspectives, and the corresponding controlling methods and optimization measures were given.

Koch four-level assessment theory was adopted to accurately evaluate the implementation effect of workshop teaching mode in insurance major. Through the research and practice of the subject, the Capstone curriculum total quality control mode based on quality control group activities is established, and the continuous improvement mechanism of Capstone curriculum based on engineering education certification is formed, in order to provide reference for the construction of Capstone curriculum of engineering specialty in vocational colleges in China.

    The course of electrical and electronic technology involves many concepts and abstract contents, which is difficult in the actual teaching process. Students do not have a solid grasp of basic knowledge, plus the limitations of experimental conditions. Under the lack of experimental support, students' interest in learning is further reduced and the learning difficulty of the course is increased. Multisim software has the function of virtual simulation circuit analysis and has been applied in practical engineering. By introducing the virtual simulation software into classroom teaching, it can greatly improve the efficiency of teaching and experiment, and deepen students' understanding and application of basic electrical knowledge. Combined with the teaching case of 555 timer in automobile turn signal circuit, from parameter theoretical analysis to fault phenomenon simulation,this paper enables students to deeply understand a series of theoretical and practical knowledge, such as circuit principle creation, electrical parameter analysis, virtual oscilloscope use and so on. From the perspective of teaching effect, the introduction of simulation experiment can effectively enhance students' learning interest and lay a solid foundation for better learning the maintenance knowledge of automobile electrical system.

    The scale of cold chain logistics market is large, but the corrosion rate of products is higher than that of developed countries due to the backward refrigeration equipment in the transportation process in China. In order to effectively improve the transportation quality of cold chain logistics and improve customer satisfaction, this paper analyzes the problem of terminal distribution path of urban cold chain logistics, combined with the current situation of terminal distribution of cold chain logistics, and considers the damage of fresh products based on the actual situation of urban roads (normal road conditions, congested road conditions), distribution time and other influencing factors, the cold chain end distribution models under two road conditions are constructed respectively. The fuzzy time window is used to describe customer satisfaction, and the objective function with the shortest distance, the lowest cost, the best timeliness and the highest customer satisfaction is established. Finally, taking the business scenario of the road section around the wild goose pagoda in Xi'an as an example, the terminal distribution of primary cold chain logistics is simulated, and the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the models of normal road conditions and congested road conditions. The results show that the cost of congested road conditions is higher than normal road conditions under the same satisfaction, so enterprises need to reasonably optimize the route. At the same time, it is proved that this method can achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.

    In the hydrogen energy industry chain, hydrogen storage technology is an indispensable link in the development of hydrogen energy. Various hydrogen storage technologies have been applied to the vehicle hydrogen storage system. In this paper, the research status of hydrogen storage technology for hydrogen fuel cell vehicle is reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of high-pressure gaseous hydrogen storage, low temperature liquid hydrogen storage, organic liquid hydrogen storage and metal hydride hydrogen storage are compared and analyzed. Physical hydrogen storage technology has the characteristics of high quality, low cost and simple operation. Chemical hydrogen storage technology not only has high hydrogen storage capacity but also improves the safety of hydrogen storage technology. In order to meet the requirements of hydrogen storage technology for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, maintaining high energy density storage is the key of hydrogen storage technology while achieving cleaner, safer and low-cost standards.

    With the increasing improvement of people's living standards, customers pay more attention to safety and health in the car. The key to the development of antibacterial materials for vehicles is the choice of appropriate antibacterial materials, test methods and criteria for automobile interior decoration parts. This article introduces the mechanism and detection methods of antibacterial materials, and comprehensive understand the current situation according to the thorough test. Results show that the addition of antibacterial agent in raw materials plays a decisives of plastics, but it has little effect on fabric. In addition, reasons for the rising cost and the application prospect of antibacterial materials for vehicle is introduced in this article.

    Fuel cell has the advantages of high efficiency and environmental friendliness. It is a new energy which can replace the traditional energy. The macroscopic dynamic behavior of two-phase flow is often accompanied by physical processes such as phase transition, interface generation, combined motion, etc. For such a complex fluid system, traditional fluid mechanics models and simulation methods are faced with great difficulties. The lattice Boltzmann method of mesoscopic scale is introduced in this paper, two-phase flow model and its progress are described, and the application of lattice Boltzmann method to two-phase flow is discussed. The results show that lattice Boltzmann method is an effective means to study the two-phase flow, which can dynamically analyze and simulate the two-phase flow in real time, and obtain clear information about the two-phase interface. These studies provide a powerful analytical means and theoretical basis for more complex multiphase flow.
