Abstract: In response to the surging demand for appraisal professionals in China's used car industry and the mismatch between training quality and job requirements, this paper focuses on the Used Car Appraisal and Evaluation curriculum. Based on the concept of "post-course-competition-certificate" integration, it employs research methods and empirical analysis to align course reforms with job competency clusters. The research proposes implementation strategies including current situation analysis, curriculum restructuring, competition-certification integration, and resource coordination, all validated through practical implementation. Results demonstrate significant improvements: students' course performance and vocational skill certification pass rates have surged, with consistent excellence in multi-level skill competitions. Practical capabilities and professional ethics have been enhanced, achieving 100% internship satisfaction rates and markedly improved job adaptability and employment competitiveness. This research provides actionable insights for vocational education in used car appraisal and offers replicable methodologies for core curriculum reform in automotiverelated programs at higher vocational colleges.

摘要： 针对我国二手车行业评估人才需求激增，专业人才培养质量与岗位需求匹配不足的问 题，文章以二手车鉴定与评估课程为研究对象，基于“岗课赛证”融通理念，运用调研法、 实证法等，结合岗位群能力要求明确课程改革思路，提出现状分析、内容重构、赛证融入、 资源配套等实施策略，并进行了实践验证。实践表明，该教学改革成效显著，学生课程考核 成绩、职业技能等级证书通关率大幅提升，在各级技能竞赛中屡获佳绩，岗位实操能力与职 业素养同步提高，企业实习满意度达 100%，学生岗位适配性与就业竞争力显著增强。该研究 为职业教育二手车鉴定评估领域人才培养提供实践参考，也为高职汽车类专业核心课程改革 提供可复制和推广的方法。
