Abstract: Against the backdrop of building a strong manufacturing country, the intelligent manufacturing industry is confronted with a shortage of interdisciplinary talents, and there is a mismatch between talent cultivation in universities and industrial demands. Taking the construction of the automotive intelligent manufacturing engineering training center laboratory at Hubei University of Automotive Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and core problems of laboratory construction. Combined with industrial needs and the talent training objectives of universities, a "four-in-one" construction plan is proposed, and a hierarchical and collaborative laboratory system composed of four core modules is constructed, namely the intelligent sensing laboratory, the digital twin simulation laboratory, the intelligent manufacturing production control technology laboratory, and the intelligent assembly production line. Meanwhile, the four core functions of the laboratory, including teaching, practical training, scientific research, and social services, are clearly defined. This construction plan effectively solves the problems such as poor connection between various practical training modules, and realizes the organic integration of the laboratory with industrial demands, talent cultivation, and scientific research innovation. It provides certain reference significance for the construction of intelligent manufacturing laboratories in universities, and has practical significance for alleviating the shortage of industrial talents and improving the quality of talent cultivation.

摘要: 针对制造强国背景下智能制造行业复合型人才紧缺、高校人才培养与产业需求不匹配 等问题,文章以湖北汽车工业学院汽车智能制造工程实训中心实验室建设为例,分析实验室 建设现状与核心问题,结合产业需求和高校人才培养目标,提出“四位一体”建设方案,构 建由智能传感实验室、数字孪生仿真实验室、智能制造生产管控技术实验室、智能装配生产 线四大核心模块组成的分层协同实验室体系,明确其教学、实训、科研、社会服务四大核心 功能。有效解决了各实训模块间衔接不畅等问题,实现了实验室与产业需求、人才培养、科 研创新的有机融合。为高校智能制造实验室建设提供了一定的参考意义,对缓解产业人才短 缺、提升人才培养质量具有实践意义。
