Abstract: In response to the problems of the new energy vehicle major, such as multidisciplinary integration, complex curriculum systems, insufficient cultivation of "dual-qualified teachers", and lack of motivation in school-enterprise cooperation, Shandong Traffic Technician College has collaborated with universities, vocational colleges, and enterprises to establish the "school allianceindustry cluster" innovation community. Through a new model of school-enterprise cooperation, the teacher evaluation mechanism has been optimized to encourage teachers' participation in corporate technological technology breakthrough. Meanwhile, measures such as advanced work experience recognition have been adopted to enhance enterprises' attractiveness to outstanding graduates. The research team has developed a curriculum system based on work process systematization, and has developed teaching resources integrating theory, virtual, and practice, and has built a teaching quality assurance system. Through industry surveys and interviews with practice experts, typical work tasks have been identified to form curriculum content closely aligned with industrial needs. Practice has shown that this model effectively enhances the practical abilities of "dual-qualified teachers", strengthens the bond of school-enterprise cooperation, and improves the quality of talent cultivation. In terms of curriculum construction, a curriculum system covering core contents such as the three electric systems and intelligent connected of new energy vehicle has been successfully built. The teaching resources such as school-based teaching materials, work pages, question banks, maintenance operation videos, and animations have been developed, forming an information-based teaching resource platform integrating theory, virtual, and practical operation based on the work process system. This has significantly improved teaching effectiveness and students' interest in learning, providing a reference for the construction of the new energy vehicle major.

摘要: 针对新能源汽车专业面临的多学科交叉、课程体系庞杂、“双师型”教师培养不足以及 校企合作动力不足等问题,山东交通技师学院联合高校、职业院校和企业,构建了“校盟-产 群”创新共同体。通过校企合作新模式优化教师考核机制,推动教师参与企业技术攻关,同 时通过工龄前置等方式增强企业对优秀毕业生的吸引力。研究团队制定了基于工作过程系统 化的课程体系,开发了理虚实一体化的教学资源,并构建了教学质量保障体系。通过行业调 研与实践专家访谈,提炼典型工作任务,形成与产业需求紧密对接的课程内容。实践表明, 该模式有效提升了“双师型”教师的实践能力,增强了校企合作的黏性,提高了人才培养质 量。在课程建设方面,成功构建了涵盖新能源汽车三电系统、智能网联等核心内容的课程体 系,开发了配套的校本教材、工作页、试题库、维修实操视频和动画等教学资源,形成了基 于工作过程系统化的理虚实一体信息化教学资源库平台,显著提高了教学效果和学生的学习 兴趣,为新能源汽车专业建设提供借鉴。
