Abstract: Based on the professional teaching standards for new energy vehicles, this paper analyzes the current status characteristics and existing problems of the New Energy Vehicle Drive Motors and Control Technology course in higher vocational colleges, reconstructs the teaching content by deeply integrating professional positions with the curriculum in line with industry requirements, establishes a "dual-engine, four-drive" teaching strategy, puts into practice a three-dimensional progressive closed-loop empowering evaluation system, and forms a "seven-step integration, five-dimensional synergy" ideological education framework. Enterprise interviews and longitudinal tracking studies show that after the reform, students have achieved a 95% pass rate for the intelligent new energy vehicle "Level 1+X" certificate, improved compliance with high-voltage safety procedures to 93%, and increased the job competency qualification rate to 92%. These reforms have effectively enhanced students' learning initiative and professional competence, providing a valuable reference for curriculum innovation in related fields.

摘要: 基于新能源汽车专业教学标准,文章通过分析高职院校开设的新能源汽车驱动电机及 控制技术课程现状特点及剖析了课程存在的问题,依产业需求,重构岗课融合教学内容,构 建“双擎四驱”教学策略,采用三维进阶,闭环赋能式教学评价,形成“七步贯通、五维协 同”的课程思政育人体系进行教学改革研究。采用企业访谈和跟踪调查研究方法,结果数据 表明,教学改革后,学生智能新能源汽车“1+X”认证通过率达 95%,高压防护流程执行率 提升至 93%,岗位胜任力达标率提升至 92%,有效提升学生学习主动性和岗位胜任力,为相 关课程改革提供可借鉴路径。
