Abstract: With the increasing strictness of environmental regulations and the enhancement of fuel economy demands, automakers are facing the challenge of cab lightweighting. Lightweight design can not only improve vehicle performance but also reduce fuel consumption and emissions. This article provides a systematic review of the core research methods in the field of cab lightweight design, focusing on three main areas: material selection, structural optimization, and manufacturing processes. It systematically reviews and summarizes the research progress and contributions in these areas over the past five years, analyzes current research outcomes, method applications, and challenges faced, and looks ahead to future trends.

摘要: 随着环保法规的日益严格及燃油经济性需求的提升,汽车制造商正面临驾驶室轻量化 的挑战,轻量化设计不仅可提升汽车性能,还能降低燃油消耗并减少排放。文章系统综述了 驾驶室轻量化设计领域的核心研究方法,聚焦于材料选择、结构优化与制造工艺三大方向, 尤其对近五年内各方向在驾驶室轻量化领域的研究进展与贡献进行了系统性梳理与总结,分 析了当前的研究成果、方法应用以及面临的挑战,并展望了未来的发展趋势。
