Abstract: To address current situation of domestic automobile manufacturers in recycling and disassembling end-of-life automobiles of their own brands, this paper studies the operation mode of end-of-life automobiles disassembling and recycling in China, analyses the operational characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of various recycling modes, and establishes an economic radius model for recycling end-of-life heavy-duty commercial vehicles. It analyzes the factors that restrict the disassembling and recycling of scrapped commercial vehicles from the market perspective. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward from the levels of end-of-life automobiles supervision, vehicle manufacturing enterprises, and and-of-life automobiles disassembling and recycling enterprises, to promote the standardized development of end-of-life automobiles disassembling and recycling and the circular utilization of resources in China.

摘要: 针对我国汽车整车制造企业在本品牌报废车辆回收拆解的现状,研究了我国报废汽车 回收拆解运营模式,分析了各种回收模式运行特点和优劣势,建立了重型商用车报废车辆的 经济回收半径模型,从市场角度分析制约报废商用车回收拆解的因素。最后从报废汽车监管 层面、整车制造企业层面、报废汽车回收拆解企业层面提出相关建议,促进我国报废汽车回 收拆解规范发展和资源循环再利用。
