Simulation Analysis of Glass Fiber/Degradable Epoxy Resin Composite Materials on the front Face Shields of Commercial Vehicles

玻璃纤维/可降解环氧树脂复合材料在商用车 前面罩上的仿真分析

Abstract: Based on the physical and mechanical performance characteristics of materials, the modal, stiffness and strength performance effects of glass fiber/degradable epoxy resin composites and traditional sheet molding compound (SMC) on the front face mask of automobiles are comparatively analyzed and studied. It is found that in terms of product performance, the front mask assembly made of glass fiber/degradable epoxy resin composite material with a density of 1.558 g/cm 3 could achieve a weight reduction of more than 21% compared with the traditional SMC. Although the stiffness of the front mask made of degradable epoxy resin composite material is slightly lower than that of the traditional SMC, the modal frequency and structural strength of the product are both superior to those of the traditional SMC material, and it has passed the bench performance test. The product meets the design requirements.

摘要: 基于材料物理机械性能特性,对比分析研究玻璃纤维/可降解环氧树脂复合材料与传统 片状模塑料(SMC)在汽车前面罩上的模态、刚度、强度性能效果。结果发现,从产品性能 来说,采用密度为 1.558 g/cm 3 玻璃纤维/可降解环氧树脂复合材料的前面罩总成,较传统 SMC 可实现减重 21%以上。虽采用可降解环氧树脂复合材料的前面罩刚度略低于传统 SMC,但产 品模态频率以及结构强度均要优于传统 SMC 材料,并通过台架性能测试,产品满足设计要求。
