Abstract: With the rapid development of electric vehicles, distributed drive as an advanced power system has been applied in the market. Distributed drive has the advantages of compact structure, independent and controllable torque of each wheel, fast response, strong power, flexible forward and reverse rotation, and high driving efficiency. According to the arrangement of wheels, motors, and reducers, it can be divided into central dual motor configuration, wheel side motor configuration, and hub motor configuration. This article summarizes and compares the structural characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and application scenarios of the three configurations mentioned above, and conducts research on the structural design, working mode, and control method of a distributed drive system with a central dual motor configuration. Finally, the electric drive system is verified in the vehicle, and the results show that the design of the electric drive system meets the project requirements.

摘要: 随着电动汽车的迅速发展,分布式驱动作为一种先进的动力系统陆续在市场上得到应 用。因其具有结构紧凑、各轮扭矩独立可控、响应快捷、动力强劲、正反转灵活和驱动效率 高等优势,按照车轮、电机和减速器的布置方式可分为中央双电机构型、轮边电机构型和轮 毂电机构型。文章对以上三种构型的结构特点、优劣势和应用场景进行归纳和对比,对中央 双电机构型的分布式驱动系统的结构设计、控制方法和工作模式等展开研究。最后,对电驱 动系统进行实车验证,结果表明电驱动系统的设计满足项目需求。
