Abstract: Automotive acceleration noise testing is an important part of the automotive development process, and differences in testing methods have a significant impact on the test results. The article analyzes the differences in test methods for passenger vehicles between the new and old standards of GB 1495, and analyzes the differences in test results for different types of passenger vehicles. The results show that for M2 and M3 vehicles, compared to the old standard, the new standard has smaller test results, but the stricter limit requirements are greater; For M1 vehicles, while the standard limit value is lowered, the test results are increasing, showing a more severe trend.

摘要: 汽车加速噪声试验是汽车开发流程中的重要一环,试验方法的差异对测试结果有着重 要影响。文章分析了 GB 1495 新旧标准对载客类汽车的试验方法差异,并分析不同类型载客 类汽车的试验结果差异。结果表明:对于 M2、M3 类车辆,相比于旧标准,新标准的试验结 果偏小,但限值要求加严幅度更大;对于 M1 类车辆,标准限值降低的同时,试验结果却增加, 呈现更加严峻的趋势。
