Abstract: With the development of digitalization, autonomous driving and other technologies, competition in the automotive industry has intensified, and users are particularly concerned about the quality of automotive products. As a manufacturer of commercial vehicle wire harnesses, TY company faces the challenge of enhancing product competitiveness. This article obtaines the pain points and difficulties in quality management of TY Company through on-site investigation and historical data collection and analysis, and proposes targeted solutions. These improvement measures optimize internal management, enhance customer satisfaction, and can be extended to all aspects of enterprise quality management, providing products and services that meet customer expectations, improving product reliability and durability, and bringing more profits and reputation to the enterprise.

摘要: 随着数字化、无人驾驶等技术的发展,汽车行业竞争加剧,用户对汽车产品质量尤为 关注。TY 公司作为商用车线束生产商,面临提升产品竞争力的挑战。文章通过现场调查和历 史资料收集与分析,得出 TY 公司质量管理痛点和难点,进而提出针对性的解决对策。这些 改进措施优化了内部管理,提升了顾客满意度,并且可推广至企业质量管理的各个方面,提 供符合顾客期望的产品和服务,提高产品可靠性和耐用性,为企业带来更多利润和口碑。
