Abstract: In the process of tuning a certain passenger car type, the obvious vibration problem of the brake pedal in rough road and deceleration gliding conditions is analyzed, and the excitation source, transmission path and response of the vehicle are analyzed to determine that the vibration of the brake pedal is caused by the resonance between the wheel core excitation frequency and the modal frequency of the brake pedal bracket. The modal frequency of the pedal bracket is simulated and analyzed by computer aided engineering (CAE) to increase the modal frequency of the brake pedal bracket and reduce the vibration sensitivity of the brake pedal bracket. It can be verified through road tests that the vibration of the brake pedal has been optimized by 50%, and the subjective driving evaluation is completely acceptable. Eventually, the problem of pedal vibration has been solved.

摘要: 针对某乘用车型调教过程中,车辆在粗糙路面、减速滑行工况下,制动踏板存在的明 显振动问题,对整车激励源、传递路径以及响应进行分析,确定制动踏板振动是由轮芯激励 频率与制动踏板支架模态频率共振导致。采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真分析踏板支架模 态频率,提升制动踏板支架模态频率,降低制动踏板支架振动灵敏度。通过道路测试验证可 知,制动踏板振动优化了 50%,主观驾评完全可以接受,最终解决踏板振动问题。
