Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to reduce the cab noise of light duty trucks. Based on subjective evaluation, the test objects and items are determined. The main influencing factors of noise and noise reduction measures are determined by combining noise and vibration test data and finite element analysis comprehensive methods. This paper implements noise testing under various intake noise isolation measures for the noise in the cab and intake noise, and conducts modal testing on the intake system components on the vibration transfer path. The analysis of the test data determines the main factors and noise reduction measures of the cab noise, and conducts modal analysis and noise reduction design for the components on the vibration transfer path. The checking test results show that the improved design based on test data analysis and finite element analysis effectively reduces the noise in the cab. The comprehensive method of noise testing, data analysis, and finite element analysis described in this paper has certain reference and reference significance for reducing noise in the cab.

摘要: 为降低轻型卡车驾驶室内噪声,文章在主观评价的基础上确定测试对象与测试项目, 并结合噪声和振动测试数据以及有限元分析综合方法确定噪声主要影响因素与降噪措施。文 章对驾驶室内噪声和进气噪声实施了多种进气噪声隔离措施条件下的噪声测试,对振动传递 路径上的进气系统零部件实施了模态测试,通过分析测试数据确定了驾驶室噪声的主要因素 和降噪措施,对振动传递路径上的零部件进行模态分析和降噪设计。验证测试结果显示,依 据测试数据分析与有限元分析的改进设计有效降低了驾驶室内噪声。文章所述噪声测试与数 据分析以及与有限元分析结合的综合方法,对于降低驾驶室内噪声具有一定的参考与借鉴意 义。
