新能源汽车能量管理的动态规划法应用及优化

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the application and optimization effect of dynamic programming method in energy management of new energy vehicles. By establishing and evaluating a dynamic programming model, energy allocation under different driving conditions can be optimized to improve the vehicle's range and energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption and operating costs.By collecting actual driving data and power system parameters,define optimization objectives based on dynamic programming, such as minimizing energy consumption and maximizing range.By optimizing and determining the optimal energy allocation strategy, real vehicle testing is conducted, and actual test data is collected for comparative analysis. The research results show that the energy consumption optimization rate of dynamic programming method in different types of new energy vehicles exceeds 90%. Compared with the standard energy detection method, its optimization effect is more significant, and the error rate is controlled more strictly, only 0.05%, reflecting its strong ability in precise control. In summary, dynamic programming has shown significant advantages in energy management of new energy vehicles, effectively improving energy efficiency and range.

摘要: 研究旨在探讨动态规划法在新能源汽车能量管理中的应用及其优化效果,通过建立和 评估动态规划模型,优化不同行驶工况下的能量分配,提高车辆的续航里程和能效,降低能 耗和运营成本。通过收集实际行驶数据和动力系统参数,基于动态规划法定义优化目标,如 最小化能耗、最大化续航里程,通过优化确定最佳能量分配策略,进行了实车测试,收集实 际测试数据进行对比分析。研究结果显示,动态规划法在不同类型新能源汽车中的能耗优化 率超过 90%,相较于标准能量检测法,其优化效果更为显著,误差率控制得更为严格,仅为 0.05%,体现了其在精确控制方面的强大能力。综上,动态规划法在新能源汽车能量管理中表 现出显著优势,有效提高了能效和续航里程。
