Abstract: In order to test the interrelationship among the input torque of the steering wheel, vehicle speed and output torque of the power steering system of the electric power steering system of new energy vehicles, this article has developed a corresponding experimental platform for the parameter test of the performance of the power steering system of new energy vehicles. It mainly studies the current and torque output by the power steering motor of the electric power steering system under different vehicle speeds and resistances, and the interrelationships among several of them. The experimental bench mainly verifies that it is mainly applied in the teaching of new energy vehicle training projects and the testing of performance parameters of power steering systems. It is verified through this test bench that under the condition of a certain vehicle speed, the smaller the rotation angle of the steering wheel, the smaller the steering resistance given by the ground, and the steering assist output by the steering system should increase slowly. Under the condition of a constant steering resistance moment, the smaller the vehicle speed, the greater the torque required for power assistance, and the smaller the torque input from the steering wheel. Conversely, the greater the speed, the smaller the torque required for assistance, and the greater the torque input from the steering wheel. The experimental results are consistent with the control theory of the electric power steering system.

摘要: 为了测试新能源汽车电动助力转向系统转向盘输入力矩、车速、动力转向系统输出力 矩三者之间的相互关系,文章针对新能源汽车动力转向系统性能的参数测试开发了相应的实 验台,主要研究电动助力转向系统在不同车速和阻力下动力转向电机输出的电流和转矩,以 及几者之间的相互关系。实验台主要验证了主要应用于新能源汽车实训项目教学和动力转向 系统性能参数的测试。通过本实验台验证了在车速一定的条件下,转向盘转动角度越小,地 面给予的转向阻力就越小,转向系统输出的转向助力应该缓慢的增加。在转向阻力矩一定的 条件下,车速越小助力的力矩越大需要的方向盘输入的力矩越小。反之亦然,速度越大助力 的力矩越小需要的方向盘输入的力矩越大。实验结果与电动助力转向系统控制理论相吻合。
