Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of thrust rod size on the K&C characteristics and tire wear, the elastic kinematics model of the integral bridge suspension of a trolley bus is established by ADAMS/Car based on the hard point coordinates of the real suspension. Then, according to the actual spatial structure of the suspension, the main positioning parameters and the gradient change under four working conditions, such as double wheel synchronous and rebound, braking force and lateral force loading, are calculated when the rod length and angle change within the range of ±10 cm and ±10° respectively. Finally, through comparative analysis, the optimal thrust rod size is obtained. The analysis results show that the shorter the thrust rod is, most wheel positioning parameters and gradients deteriorate to some extent. Through suspension kinematics analysis, the longitudinal arm is increased by 10 cm, and most positioning parameters and gradient are optimized to a certain extent, which is conducive to reducing tire wear.

摘要： 为分析该悬架推力杆尺寸对其 K&C 特性及轮胎磨损的影响，首先根据实车悬架硬点坐 标，利用 ADAMS/Car 建立了某无轨电车整体桥悬架弹性运动学模型；然后，根据悬架实际 空间结构，计算了杆长和角度分别在±10 cm 和±10°范围内变动时，双轮同跳和反跳、制动 力和侧向力加载等四种工况下的主要定位参数及变化梯度；最后通过对比分析，得到最优的 推力杆尺寸。分析结果表明，推力杆越短，多数车轮定位参数及梯度发生一定程度劣化；通 过悬架运动学分析，将纵臂增长 10 cm，多数定位参数及梯度出现一定程度优化，有利于降低 轮胎磨损。
