Abstract: To study the performance of the aftertreatment system in actual operation and solve the aftertreatment problems encountered by non-road stage IV diesel engines during use, this paper takes the flatbed truck as the research object and combines actual operation road maps,the article focuses on flatbed trucks as the research subject, integrating actual operational road maps to analyze the components of fuel and aftertreatment ash. This analysis aims to investigate the underlying reasons for the frequent regeneration of the aftertreatment system. Ultimately, the reliability of the analytical results is validated through market tracking. The results show that the use of substandard diesel fuel caused reprocessing sulfur poisoning, which led to the failure of reprocessing regeneration. In addition, the long-term low-load condition of the diesel engine leads to the low exhaust temperature of the aftertreatment, resulting in the rapid accumulation of carbon deposits in the aftertreatment and the frequent regeneration cycle. The research results provide a reference for solving such market failures in the future.

摘要: 为研究后处理系统在实际作业中的性能表现,解决非道路四阶段柴油机在使用过程中 遇到的后处理问题,文章以平板运输车为研究对象,结合实际作业路谱,并对其油品、后处 理积灰进行成分分析,探究后处理频繁再生的原因,最后通过市场跟踪验证分析结果的可靠 性。结果表明,使用不合格的柴油造成后处理硫中毒,导致后处理再生失效;且柴油机长时 间的低负荷工况导致后处理排气温度过低,造成后处理积碳累积过快、再生周期频繁。研究 结果为后续解决此类市场故障提供思路参考。
