Abstract: The wrong-hole problem of automation assembly is one of the fault problems that often occur during the production process of automobiles, and the causes of it are complicated and diverse. This article takes the automatic assembly of the subframe wrong-hole faults in the industrialized trial stage of S-new model in a certain company as an example. The troubleshooting process in the actual production process is summarized. It mainly detailed analyzes the reasons for the wrong-hole when the subframe is automatically assembled from the aspect of the coating process and the white body structure, and by means of benchmarking analysis method, effective improvement measures for structural optimization are put forward to solve the problem of wrong-hole problem of automatically assembled, so as to solve the practical problem. It is hoped that through this case sharing, it can provide practical experience and useful ideas for automated technical personnel in the automotive industry, and reduce the incidence of automatic assembly wrong-hole.

摘要: 自动化装配错孔问题是汽车生产过程中经常出现的故障问题之一,其产生的原因复杂 多样。文章以某司 S 新车型工业化试制阶段的前副车架自动装配错孔故障为例,梳理了实际 生产过程中的故障处理流程,主要从涂装电泳过程和白车身结构等方面对前副车架自动装配 时发生错孔的原因进行了详细分析,并通过对标分析法就自动装配错孔问题提出了结构优化 的有效改善措施,从而解决实际问题。希望通过此案例分享,可以为汽车行业自动化技术人 员提供实践经验和有益思路,降低自动装配错孔的发生率。
