Abstract: In modern automobile manufacturing, efficiency and environmental sustainability have become key driving factors for industry development. This article thoroughly explores the application of a novel tire nut sorting mechanism, aiming to identify and improve upon the shortcomings of traditional tire nut sorting systems, and to propose an innovative solution that enhances the overall performance of the production line. The research integrates industrial robotics, advanced visual recognition systems, and precisely controlled servo technologies to design and implement a completely new sorting solution, which has been successfully applied in the actual production process of a major vehicle manufacturing company. The new solution not only significantly boosts production efficiency but also effectively reduces noise pollution and equipment failure rates in the working environment. Through the analysis of this innovative practice, the paper provides valuable practical experience and technical references for the automotive industry as it moves towards higher quality standards. Additionally, it is of great significance for promoting the entire manufacturing sector towards smarter and greener development.

摘要: 在现代汽车制造业中,高效与环保已成为行业发展的关键驱动因素。文章详细探讨了 一种新型轮胎螺母分拣机构的应用案例,旨在通过识别并改进传统轮胎螺母分拣系统的不足 之处,提出一种创新性解决方案,以提升生产线的整体性能。研究结合了工业机器人技术、 先进的视觉识别系统以及精确控制的伺服技术,设计并实施了一套全新的分拣方案,并成功 应用于某整车制造企业的实际生产流程中。新方案不仅显著提高了生产效率,还有效降低了 工作环境中的噪音污染和设备故障率。通过对这一创新实践的应用分析,为汽车行业向更高 质量水平迈进提供了宝贵的实践经验和技术参考,同时也对推动整个制造业向着智能化和绿 色化方向发展具有重要意义。
