Abstract: With the continuous acceleration of the vehicle development process, the importance of the test track accelerated durability test method in the vehicle project development process is increasingly prominent. Based on the road load spectra collected from multiple vehicle model projects, this article successfully transplanted the durability test specification of an external professional test track to the company's internal test track by conducting damage calculation and analysis on the vehicle and key components. According to the principle of damage equivalence, while ensuring the certification quality, it significantly shortened the test cycle and reduced the test cost, and at the same time improved the response speed of problem solving, enabling the rapid and accurate test certification of the vehicle chassis structural components.

摘要: 随着整车开发流程的不断加快,试车场加速耐久性试验方法在整车项目开发过程中的 重要性日益凸显。文章基于多个车型项目采集的试车场道路载荷谱,通过对整车及关键零部 件进行损伤计算分析,成功将某外部专业试车场的耐久性试验规范移植至公司内部试车场中。 依据损伤等效的原则,在确保认证质量的前提下,显著缩短了试验周期并降低了试验成本, 同时提高了问题解决的响应速度,使整车底盘架构件得到了快速准确的试验认证。
