Abstract: Vibration is an important indicator of vehicle comfortability. A certain vehicle trimmed body is taken as the research object, the vibration transfer function of the trimmed body is optimized by experiments and simulations methods. Through the HyperWorks software simulation analysis, using the suspension points of the TB as excitation points, and the driver's seat rail as response points. Identify vibration response between 20~80 Hz, optimize the vibration acceleration of the corresponding frequencies. Additionally, LMS vibration testing equipment is utilized to test the trimmed body vibration, and the effectiveness of the simulation model is verified.

摘要: 振动是汽车舒适性的一项重要指标,文章以某款驾驶室内饰车身为研究对象,从驾驶 室内饰车身的振动传递函数入手,结合试验与仿真结果对驾驶室的振动加速度进行优化研究。 文章基于 HyperWorks 软件对驾驶室进行振动传递函数仿真分析,以驾驶悬置点作为激励点, 主驾座椅导轨处作为响应点,查找 20~80 Hz 下的振动响应是否存在放大情况,并对相应频 率下的响应点振动加速度进行优化分析。利用 LMS 振动测试机对驾驶室进行试验测试,验证 仿真模型的有效性。
