Abstract: This paper aims to realize the visualization of energy flow ratio, quantitative analysis of power consumption, matching verification of key systems and comparative analysis with competitors. Through directional collection, real-time data calculation, integral processing, dynamic data fitting and cluster analysis technology, the voltage, current, temperature, controller area network (CAN) message and global positioning system (GPS) data of new energy vehicles are visualized. By quantifying the vehicle's energy flow and distribution, the effectiveness of strategy optimization is evaluated, and performance parameters are adjusted accordingly to enhance overall efficiency. This study contributes to enhancing the energy consumption advantages of pure electric light trucks and their adaptability under complex road conditions, which is significant for maintaining a competitive market advantage. A set of methods for testing and optimizing the energy flow of pure electric light trucks on actual roads has been developed.

摘要: 文章旨在实现能量流比例的可视化、电能消耗的量化分析、关键系统的匹配验证及与 竞争对手的对比分析。通过定向采集、实时数据运算、积分处理、动态数据拟合及聚类分析 技术,对新能源车辆电压、电流、温度、控制器局域网(CAN)报文和全球定位系统(GPS) 数据可视化处理;通过对车辆能量流动及其分布量化分析,评估策略优化的效果,并据此调 整性能参数以提升整体效能;通过实践,有助于增强纯电轻卡的能耗优势及其在复杂道路条 件下的适应性,对保持产品市场竞争优势具有重要意义。该研究形成一套适用于实际道路上 的纯电轻卡能量流测试及优化方法。
