Abstract: In order to make the new model meet the odor of the vehicle at the same time, further improve the odor quality of the vehicle, and ultimately effectively improve the user's evaluation of the odor in the vehicle. In this paper, vehicles that have met the odor level of the vehicle are decomposed according to the component assembly, and according to the contribution of each component to the odor impact, the key components that can be improved are identified. Through further production design, process improvement and effective control, the ultimate goal of improving the odor level of the vehicle is achieved by improving the odor quality of the assembly parts. The test results show that, when the lifting assembly parts are used to load the vehicle, the odor level of the vehicle reaches level 6.0+, meet the requirements of a vehicle enterprise standard. This study has important practical and guiding significance for the design and improvement of hidden B-pillar battery electric vehicle odor.

摘要: 为了使新车型满足整车气味性的同时,进一步提升整车气味品质,最终有效提升用户 对车内气味的评价。文章对已满足整车气味等级的车辆按照零部件总成进行分解,并根据各 个总成零部件对于气味影响的贡献度,找出可提升的关键零部件;通过进一步的生产设计、 工艺改进和有效控制,提高装配件的气味质量,来达到改善车辆气味等级的最终目标。测试 结果表明,采用提升总成零部件装车,整车气味性等级达到 6.0+级,满足某车企企标要求。 研究对隐藏 B 柱纯电车型气味的设计及提升具有很重要的实践和指导意义。
