Abstract: Automated assembly of the automotive front-end module (FEM) is one of the important results of applying automation, intelligence, and digitalization technologies in the automotive manufacturing industry. The quality control of automated assembly plays a decisive role in the front-face appearance quality of the vehicle. This paper aims to solve the product front-end assembly quality problems bring about by the introduction of this automated technology, taking the new model stage of model A as an example. It conducts in-depth analysis of the causes of defects from the perspectives of fixture design for assembly, precision design of auxiliary fixtures for FEM, installation hole precision of longitudinal and transverse beams and hood parts, and summarizes methods and ideas for improving front-end assembly precision and quality assurance. It establishes standardization files and management systems to ensure that the front-end assembly quality meets the long-term stability requirements.

摘要: 汽车前端模块(FEM)自动化合装是汽车制造行业运用自动化、智能化、数字化技术 的重要成果之一。自动化合装的质量控制对汽车前脸外观品质起到决定性作用。文章为解决 导入该自动化技术前期带来的产品车前围品质问题,以 A 车型新车型阶段为例,从合装夹具 设计、FEM 辅具精度设计,纵横梁安装孔与发罩单品精度方面,对不良原因进行深入分析, 归纳总结提升前围装配精度和品质保证的方法和思路,确立标准化文件及管理体系,确保了 前围品质长期稳定达标。
