Abstract: Addressing the requirements for automation and error-proofing in the snap assembly tooling and positioning clamping of automotive acoustic and thermal insulation components, a control system centered on the Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC as the control core has been devised. This system is built upon a thorough analysis of the structural composition and process flow of existing tooling systems. Through the examination of the mechanical structure and process of the snap assembly tooling, along with the selection of control system hardware and the design of software programs, the system achieves automated control over the positioning, clamping, opening, marking, and error-proofing of automotive acoustic and thermal insulation components. The system has been implemented in mass production for the snap assembly of acoustic and thermal insulation components on a specific BMW model and has been validated through large-scale production to fully meet the functional requirements.

摘要: 根据汽车隔音隔热件的卡扣装配工装及其定位装夹自动化和防漏防错要求,在分析现 有工装系统结构组成和工艺流程的基础上,设计了以可编程控制器西门子 S7-200 Smart PLC 为控制核心的卡扣装配工装控制系统。通过对卡扣装配工装机械结构组成和工艺过程分析、 控制系统硬件选型和软件程序设计,实现了对汽车隔音隔热件定位、夹紧、打开、打标及防 漏防错的自动化控制。该系统已批量用于宝马某车型隔音隔热件卡扣装配作业中,经大批量 生产验证,完全满足实际的功能需求。
