汽车轻量化材料镁合金的腐蚀防护技术 应用现状与发展趋势

Abstract: Lightweight is a major trend in the development of automobiles. Magnesium alloys are gradually used in the production of automotive parts as light metals. In this paper, the influencing factors and types of corrosion of magnesium alloys are analyzed by means of literature analysis, field investigation and data summary. The application status of organic coating, anodic oxidation, conversion film, electroplating and electroless plating technology in the field of corrosion protection of magnesium alloys is discussed. Under the increasingly competitive market environment, the promotion and application of magnesium alloys in automotive lightweighting must reduce costs while maintaining high reliability. Consequently, comprehensive protection solutions utilizing relatively low-cost technologies such as conversion coatings, organic coatings, organic-inorganic composite coatings, and spray coating techniques will become the development trend in corrosion protection for magnesium alloys.

摘要: 轻量化是汽车发展的一大趋势,镁合金作为轻金属逐渐应用于汽车零部件生产中。文 章通过文献分析法、实地调查法、数据汇总归纳等方法,分析了镁合金的腐蚀影响因素及类 型,探讨了有机涂层、阳极氧化、转化膜、电镀、化学镀技术在镁合金腐蚀防护领域的应用 现状。在当前日益激烈的竞争环境下,镁合金在汽车轻量化上的推广应用必须在保证高可靠 性的前提下降低成本,则成本相对较低的转化膜、有机涂层、有机-无机复合涂层、喷涂等技 术的综合防护方案将成为镁合金腐蚀防护技术的发展趋势。
