Abstract: The article elaborates on modal analysis, testing theory, as well as modal frequency planning strategies, analyzes the existing methods for setting modal targets and evaluating modal frequencies and existing problems in powertrain. Based on the main design parameters of the engine and the common operating conditions of the vehicle, the second-order ignition frequency range within the engine speed range, the excitation frequency range of high-speed rotating components, and the first-order frequency range of the powertrain are identified, and a powertrain modal frequency planning table is established. Based on the modal planning table, the modal frequency targets of the powertrain and related components are set to avoid modal coupling, avoid various major excitation sources, and improve the noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) performance of the powertrain.

摘要: 文章阐述了模态分析、测试理论以及模态频率规划策略,分析了现有动力总成模态目 标设定方法、模态频率评价及存在的问题。根据发动机的主要设计参数和整车的常用工况, 识别出发动机转速范围内的二阶点火频率区间,高速旋转部件的激励频率段以及动力总成一 阶频率段,建立了动力总成模态频率规划表。基于模态规划表对动力总成及相关零部件的模 态频率目标进行设定,避免模态耦合,规避各种主要激励源,提升动力总成的噪声、振动与 声振粗糙度(NVH)性能。
