Abstract: Due to its advantages of high efficiency and environmental protection, electric drive vehicle are gradually increasing in the commercial vehicle market, and electric drive axles have also become the current market development direction. Compared with traditional fuel vehicle, electric drive vehicle put forward higher requirements for the anti-traction performance of axle transmission system. In this paper, the working state of the main transmission system of the axle is studied by Romax analysis, and the structural design is optimized according to the analysis results and test data, and the axial displacement of the shell structure is reduced by 21.5%, the stress is reduced by 22%, and there is no shell damage. The actual test results are consistent with the simulation analysis results of the deformation trend and failure point, which proves the feasibility of using Romax to analyze the complex working conditions of the transmission system and the effectiveness of the optimization measures. It provides a theoretical analysis basis for the study of the anti-drag performance of the electric drive axle, and greatly saves the research and development cycle and cost.

摘要： 电驱动汽车因其高效率、环保的优点在商用车市场上逐渐增多，电驱动车桥也成为当 前市场发展方向，相较传统燃油汽车，电驱动汽车对车桥传动系统提出了更高的反拖性能需 求。文章通过 Romax 分析研究了车桥主要的传动系统在汽车反拖时的工作状态，根据分析结 果与试验数据进行结构设计优化，经分析优化后的壳体结构轴向位移量降低了 21.5%，应力 降低了 22%，且未出现壳体破损。经台架试验验证，实际试验结果与模拟分析结果受力变形 趋势、破坏点均一致，证明应用 Romax 分析传动系统复杂工况的可行性与优化措施的有效性， 为研究电驱动车桥的反拖性能提供了理论分析依据，大幅节省了研发周期与成本。
