Abstract: Lightweight has always been a significant design index in automotive design, exerting a vital role in enhancing the fuel economy of automobiles. This article integrates the application experience of plastic long glass fibers in the door structure to innovate and iterate the product bill of material (BOM) of the glass regulator. A design concept of substituting steel with plastic is put forward, where door accessory and their installation structures are integrated on the base plate of the plastic window regulator module through one-piece injection molding or physical assembly as much as possible, achieving a superior lightweighting effect without influencing the functionality. At the same time, the selection details and benefits of the BOM scheme of the vehicle window regulator module are expounded. Evaluation and research are conducted around the aspects of door lightweight, integration, lean manufacturing and customer quality improvement. The advantages and disadvantages of highly integrated, moderately integrated, and lightly integrated plastic window regulator modules are compared, and corresponding recommendations are provided,offering a reference for the automotive manufacturing industry.

摘要: 轻量化一直是汽车设计中的一项重要的设计指标,对提升汽车燃油经济性有着重要作 用。文章结合塑料长玻璃纤维在车门结构上的应用经验,对玻璃升降器的产品结构清单 (BOM)进行创新迭代,提出了一种以塑代钢的设计思路,车门附件及其安装结构尽可能在 塑料摇窗机模块底板上实现一体注塑或者物理装配集成,在不影响功能的前提下实现更优的 轻量化效果。同时阐述了汽车摇窗机模块 BOM 方案细节选择、收益,围绕车门轻量化、集 成化、精益化制造、客户感知质量提升等维度进行评估研究,并比对了高度集成、中度集成、 轻度集成塑料摇窗机模块的优势、劣势,给出相应的推荐建议,为汽车制造行业提供参考。
