Thermal Balance Analysis of Fuel Cell Commercial Vehicle Based on Simplified Model

基于简化模型的燃料电池商用车热平衡分析

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high cost in studying the heat dissipation performance of the front-end module of fuel cell commercial vehicles using the vehicle model, this article proposes a simplified vehicle geometric model. Firstly, considering the influence of the front air intake of the vehicle on the heat dissipation performance of the radiator and condenser, the reliability of the simplified commercial vehicle model is verified by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Secondly, a thermal balance model is established based on the simplified vehicle model and compared and verified with the real vehicle thermal balance test. The research results show that the error of the coolant outlet temperature between the thermal balance simulation and the test is 2.05%, with a high degree of consistency. The simplified vehicle model can meet the analysis requirements on the basis of saving calculation costs.

摘要: 针对采用整车模型研究燃料电池商用车前端模块散热性能成本较高的问题,文章提出 了一种简化模型。首先,考虑车辆前端进气对散热器、冷凝器散热性能的影响,采用计算流 体动力学(CFD)软件验证了简化商用车模型的可靠性。其次,基于简化模型建立热平衡模 型,并与实车热平衡试验进行对比验证。研究结果表明,热平衡仿真与试验的冷却液出口温 度误差为 2.05%,吻合度较高,简化模型能够在节省计算成本的基础上满足分析需求。
