整车制造项目进度数字化管理探索与实践

Abstract: Schedule management is to ensure that the project is carried out in an orderly manner within the established time frame, and to avoid the cost increase and efficiency reduction caused by time delay. Digital transformation is of great significance for improving work efficiency, improving response speed, reducing costs and optimizing resources. This paper takes the new project schedule management of vehicle manufacturing as the research object, and conducts research and practice from three aspects: project schedule management digital scheme framework design, model construction and automation tool development. The digital management scheme, calculation model, automation tool development and application strategy proposed provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for vehicle enterprises to realize efficient and intelligent project schedule management.

摘要: 进度管理是确保项目在既定的时间框架内有序进行,避免时间延误导致成本增加、效 率降低,数字化转型对于提高工作效率、提升响应速度、降低成本、优化资源等方面都具有 重要意义。文章以整车制造新项目进度管理为研究对象,从项目进度管理数字化方案框架设 计、模型搭建、自动化工具开发三个方面进行研究实践,提出的数字化管理方案及计算模型、 自动化工具开发及应用策略,为整车企业实现高效、智能的项目进度管理提供理论依据和实 践指导。
